Stanley, Redfish Lake Campground, mm 185 turn onto Red Lake Road. Several NF campgrounds.
Stanley, Iron Creek NF Campground, from its junction with ID 75 in Stanley, take ID21 west 1.9 miles and turn left onto Iron Creek Road. Follow this road 3.5 miles to campground. $11/night, vault toilet, dumpster, water? Lots of dispersed camping along Iron Creek Road.
Trailheads:
Ketchum, Baker Lake Trail, mm 143 (about 15 miles north of Ketchum) turn onto Baker Creek Road and follow it 9 miles to the trailhead at the end of the road.
Ketchum, Prairie Creek Loop, mm 146.5 (about 20 miles north of Ketchum) turn onto Prairie Creek Road and follow it 2.3 miles to the trailhead at the end of the road. (toilet).
Stanley, Alice Lake Trail, mm 171.5 turn onto Pettit Lake Road and follow it 1.5 miles. Turn right and go .5 miles through campground to the trailhead parking on the other side.
Stanley, 4th of July Lake Trail, mm 174.5, turn onto 4th of July Road and go 10 miles to trailhead at end. Rough road thru burn area. (toilet mile 5.5 & at trailhead).
Stanley, Sawtooth Lake Trail, from its junction with ID 75 in Stanley, take ID21 west 1.9 miles and turn left onto Iron Creek Road. Follow this road 3.0 miles to Iron Creek Trailhead. Sawtooth Wilderness permits available at trailhead.
