  All cmpgrounds in the $15-20 range. No discount for seniors. I didn't spend any time checking out forest roads because many were populated.

Mount Rushmore National Memorial:

  Commercial parking $10/car & rv. Legal turnout 1/2 mile west (towards Custer)of Mount Rushmore.

Wind Cave National Park:

Campgrounds:

  Elk Mountain Campground, $12/night, toilets, water rcycle bins, free firewood (Donation requested).
